Do You Have A Showroom?

As an online supplier, we specialise on selling online , but we do have a showroom available by appointment. This keeps our costs low allowing us to deliver the best value, office furniture. All images on our website are photographs of our actual products so you can be confident in the product you are buying.

 

What are your office hours?

Our office and warehouses are open from 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday. (Excluding public holidays). Of course our online store is always open for orders 24/7...365 days a year.

Do I have to order my furniture online?

Is your full range shown online?

Though we strive to keep our website updated at all times, we always have new products and additional products to offer. We also have access to an almost unlimited spectrum of furniture that falls outside our standard ranges. If you cant see what you are looking for, please call our sales team on 08 9257 1728 today. Is it possible to view your furniture before ordering?

Whilst we strive to keep our overheads to a minimum to offer you the best value factory-direct pricing, we understand that you may wish to view our furniture before ordering. 

Visits are by appointment only, so please call us on 08 9257 1728 today. You can email us at sales@omnitecindustries.com.au beforehand to confirm a time.

For larger project jobs, we can set up a sample of your desired options for you to view before sign-off.

We display high quality studio photography of all our products online as well as dimensions, all of which can be found on the individual product pages.

Do your products require assembly?

If you require assembly and installation and are located within the Perth Metro Area, please choose this option when adding products to the shopping cart. If you need to add this service or require our installation services outside the Perth Metro Area, please phone our sales team on 08 9257 1728 today. You can email us at sales@omnitecindustries.com.au for a specific quotation. Obviously we charge a small fee for this service.

Do you offer volume discounts for large orders?

Yes of course we do offer discounts for bulk and larger orders. We are only too willing to pass on the savings to you. Please contact us on 08 9257 1728 today. You can also email us at sales@omnitecindustries.com.au to discuss your requirements with one of our consultants.

I’m having problems placing my order online. What should I do?

Call our customer service on 08 9257 1728 today. You can email us at sales@omnitecindustries.com.au. We will either assist you to place your order online if possible or process your order manually. 

I've forgotten my Password. How do I reset it?

If you have forgotten your password simply click on the 'Forgot Your Password' link in the login screen and a temporary password will be sent to your email address.

Your website isn’t displaying or functioning correctly for me. How do I fix this?

Though we strive to make sure our website functions with all browsers and versions, sometimes there are glitches or incompatibility issues with our viewers operating systems. It will assist us if you have the following information handy:

Browser Type (Internet Explorer, Firefox etc)

How Do I Keep Up To Date With Your Specials & Promotions?

Register your contact details online using the newsletter sign-up facility on the bottom of our home page of our website. Once registered, we will keep you up-to-date with special promotions, new products and updates.

Is GST included in the item price?

Yes the price displayed on the website includes GST.

Do you accept payments other than online?

Yes, you can pay us by direct bank deposit. Please choose this option in the checkout. You will be contacted by our customer service team to arrange payment. We will email you a tax invoice and provide you with our bank account details.

I don't have a Credit Card, can I still purchase from you?

Yes. We accept payment via PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer too.

Are my Credit Card purchases on your website secure?

We want you to feel confident that your personal details are secure when buying products online at www.omnitecindustries.com.au. The security of the transmission of your credit card details is very important to us, which is why all payments transmitted between your browser and www.omnitec.net.au are fully automated and directly transferred from your credit card to Omnitec's merchant account. All transactions are performed over an encrypted 256 bit SSL connection secured by Geotrust and your credit card number cannot by viewed by Omnitec Industries or any outside party.
Omnitec uses EWAY payment gateway to process all credit card transactions, providing a safe and secure means of online payment.

What Credit Cards do you accept?

We accept payments made through Visa and Master Card only.

Can I Use PayPal?

Yes you can use Paypal to pay for your order. Proceed through the checkout process as normal but choose the Paypal option as the payment method. 

PayPal is a safe method for individuals and businesses to send and receive money online. For further information regarding PayPal, please visit www.paypal.com.au

When will my credit card be charged?

Your Credit Card will normally be charged within 24 hours of submitting your order. A tax invoice and receipt of the transaction will always be emailed to you. 

Where can I find Delivery & Pickups Information?

At Omnitec, we strive to offer you convenient, efficient and hassle-free delivery. After placing your order online, you will be contacted by a member our sales team to arrange a time for pick-up, or delivery to your nominated address. Can I track the delivery of my order?

We will endeavour to keep informed at all times from order placement through to delivery. We will send you an order acknowledgement email soon after you place your order to advise you of our estimated lead time. We will contact you a few days before delivery to make the necessary arrangements with you. If you have special requirements email them to sales@omnitecindustries.com.au or simply contact us on 08 9257 1728 today. 

What if I need an urgent shipment?

We specialise in urgent orders and our online store will normally give you availability for each product.. We will always do our best to keep you happy and accommodate your requirements if possible. We carry large stocks of popular items and have access to back up stocks. If you require an order by a specific date, just phone our customer service team on 08 9257 1728 today. My item was damaged in transit. What should I do?

If you believe that the item was damaged in transit or is faulty, contact us immediately to report the problem. We will arrange to inspect the item and either repair or replace it with a new one.

Do you offer discounted shipping if I purchase multiple items on the same order?

Yes. You only pay one delivery charge per item.

Can my delivery be scheduled for a specific day and/or time?

Yes this is usually possible. Please let us know your desired date/time when you place your order. Our customer service department will contact you to confirm arrangements before we deliver your order.

Do you offer weekend or after hours delivery?

Generally no, deliveries are made on weekdays, during business hours; public holidays excluded though Omnitec Industries understands this is not always possible so contact us on 08 9257 1728 today. You can email us at sales@omnitecindustries.com.au to discuss your special delivery requirements. Please note, it is important that someone will be available to accept/sign for delivery.

Do you ship to destinations outside Australia?

No, we do not currently offer shipping to destinations outside Australia. 

Can I pick-up my order from your warehouse?

Yes, you can collect your order from our warehouses located throughout Australia. This will eliminate delivery and handling charges completely. Choose the pick up option during checkout. Our customer service team will notify you when your order is ready for collection. Remember to bring sufficient tie-down straps and protection blankets etc when you arrive.
